Service description

Osora is an organizational intelligence platform that captures how companies work, extracts structured processes using AI, and enables automation through AI agents. By using Osora, you agree to these terms.

Your data

You retain all rights to your data. Osora processes your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (automated abuse, excessive API calls)

AI-generated content

Osora uses AI to extract processes, decisions, and insights from your data. AI-generated outputs are drafts for human review — they may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all extracted workflows before deploying agents or making business decisions based on them.

Billing

• Free tier: no payment required, subject to usage limits
• Team plan: billed monthly per user via Stripe
• Enterprise plan: custom pricing, billed annually
• You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime, data processing delays, or AI extraction errors.

Limitation of liability

Osora is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
