Osora is a platform for capturing expertise: you record an expert doing a process once, an AI apprentice asks “why” at each decision, and Osora compiles a governed skill — with provenance on every rule — that your team and your AI agents can run under governance. By using Osora, you agree to these terms.
You retain all rights to your data. Osora processes your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to:
Osora uses AI to compile rules and skills from your recorded sessions. AI-generated outputs are drafts for human review — they may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming every rule, and for setting the maturity and authority of a skill, before letting an agent act on it or making business decisions based on it.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime, data processing delays, or AI extraction errors.
Osora is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
